Prior to joining Wright & O’Donnell as a Senior Associate, Matthew Major was a Senior Associate at an Am Law 200 firm where he focused on litigating insurance coverage and insurance defense matters. Matthew resides in the Philadelphia suburbs and in his spare time enjoys playing ice hockey, cycling, running, hiking, golfing, exercising and woodworking.

Mr. Major’s practice areas include civil litigation insurance litigation, employment litigation, professional and management liability defense, and securities litigation. He also is experienced in employment law, insurance fraud defense, civil RICO defense, ERISA litigation, partnership and corporate dissolutions, unfair competition, restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act claims, state and federal whistleblower and qui tam actions, and creditors’ rights.
