Strategic Planning

Too often, lawyers follow a standard procedure for defending cases or evaluating/litigating insurance issues without being vigilant to the unique characteristics that are found in almost every case. While we draw on experiences from other matters, we are also very sensitive to the unique circumstances of every case and attempt to use them to develop a strategic plan. By doing so, our attorneys are often able to develop and advance both legal and/or factual approaches that might not otherwise be considered; this strategy often results in successful outcomes.
